When to expect a potential interview?
Hello all,
I am a 1450hr CFII currently building my Multi time. The word on the street is that MQ is now accepting applicants with no 121 time, and ones not associated with their partner schools again. I would fall under those premises.
I applied at Envoy at 1350, and got automated emails saying to call/email recruiting once I hit my ATP mins. Once at 1475TT, and 25 multi, I plan to do that. Total and multi time, are the only two requirements I’m missing to qualify for an R-ATP.
Anyone with a similar background actually get an interview? I’m hearing they won’t invite to an interview unless you are EXACTLY at your mins, not even 2 hours shy.
Sorry for the dumb questions, it’s a weird time for us kids trying to start at a 121.

I too come from a school that is not partnered with Envoy. I applied 2-3 hours short of the 1500 and received an automatic response the next morning asking to apply once I met the min reqs.
I reapplied once I hit the magic number and 2 weeks later received an email inviting me to interview.
They interview Mondays through Thursdays, however, the earliest date they offered me was a month and a half after since all other dates were full.
Also, I overheard a recruiter say it could take between 2-3 months from interview to orientation.

Subscribe to aviationinterviews.com for a month when you have the interview date for the scoop of the questions asked (3:1 rule for descent planning, wwyd etc - use the common sense though, some upvoted answers are odd at best), plus they will send you a link to jepp book about charts - make sure you read and understand that
