Envoy Uniform

That silver tie does not do it for me

I see others wearing what looks like predominantly black ties. Or has someone found a dark blue tie that matches the pants and jacket? Thanks

Black tie with the small colored envoy logo is the previous tie offered. Its definitely black and not dark blue.

I agree with you, but the uniform overlords obviously don’t. The black one is no longer available.

Mainline’s tie was black with a silver emblem. I think the colored one looked better than the silver as well. The new mainline tie IS dark blue, with VERY tiny designs on it. I don’t think it’s great, but definitely better than the silver tie for the regionals.

I went into the Stopover Store (Crew Outfitters) at DFW gate C24 and bought a dark navy zipper tie, it looks like it matches the uniform to me. None of the senior line check airmen I flew with during IOE said a thing about my tie. But no, it’s not officially approved.
