I still believe my pay was correct. If they are paying more, I'm keeping my mouth shut and not going to complain. My backpay was within a reasonable error margin of what I expected to get. There are others who believe their pay was correct as well, and some who believe they were actually overpaid. Clearly these people were in the minority, but they were the first ones I talked to and that's why I believed the pay was correct for most. My mistake.

In all seriousness, are you factoring in the "additional hours" section on the latest stub includes overages from August, just at old rates?
I find it hard to believe one person in the entire pilot group was paid out in full already.

If the "margin of error" is between $0.01 and $1,500 I'd say my back pay is correct too.

It seems like my calculation was off and that makes me very happy, because I'm getting more money than I was expecting. Nothing more to it.
