Then they screwed you.
Notice on your pay check they never put the ot hours in the column, why is that.

That’s part of the problem. Even if I leave off OT, I can’t make the numbers work. I can’t figure out the method. And I’ve seen the crew pay pdf on backpay... didn’t help.

Yeah I got that wrong. Overages are paid, just not premiums for July. Both are paid for August but at old rates.

Premium if 50 or 200 percent of the payrate. They have to correct the premium rate.

Watch, the mec will say they paid us in good faith and will give them another 30 days. After 30 Sept, the agreement is 20 hours per month owed period.
