That's a separate issue. You'll get it when you get it.
I wouldn't be surprised if it's paid on the 30th.
My sources say the company honestly tries to work on this to get it all sorted by the 30th.
Now that the new rates are implemented, our August overages will be paid at the new rate on the 30th.

What a mess. If we had one pilot as incompetent as our back office people/mgmt, we’d have crashed a plane by now.
I could learn the system myself, calculate the back pay for every individual pilot manually and enter the new rates between trips. Probably in less than 8 hours.

I agree the issues were likely figured out in much less time, but the company was still not going to pay up a day earlier than the had to. That was a fail of the negotiation of the LOA.

Per the union email just sent:
Retroactive Pay Methodology
The company has informed the Association that in regards to retroactive pay referenced in the "Implementation of New Pay Scales & Retroactive Pay" LOA, they will be calculating retroactive pay based on pilots' actual hours for months that retro pay is owed. The company has also communicated that by the end of the month, appropriate pay rates will be implemented and applicable retroactive pay will be paid out. This action will comply with the signed LOAs.
