At this point the company should know a course of action. It would just be nice for the union to inform us how they are going to proceed. I read somewhere you can expect back pay mid september.

Probably half the pilot group has changed rates during this period:
Annual rate
Upgrades
B to C band
I admit I don’t know anything about the computer system they use for pay, but I could see how it’s more than just changing one number.
That said... it still isn’t 2 months worth of work either.

If it’s just a rate change and nothing more then all they literally have to do is enter the rate and have HR update the effective date of the rate change. The Pay Team and system in phx recognizes the change and pays accordingly with backpay. It is THE only thing in the whole pay system that works and works well.
