Thats the problem. It is the same price and this way they guarantee the crew deadheading in wont get cancelled.

No, I don’t fly for Envoy. Why do they still get applications? What am I missing?

The forums are dominated by the people who hate this company most. So yes, you'll hear them more than anyone else. I would wager the majority of people working at Envoy don't hate their lives.

Is there stuff to ***** about? Absolutely. Are people jumping ship to other regional over it? Right now, no not really.

I actually find it to be a pretty well balanced forum. The main thing is that we need to keep information, good and bad, at the forefront. Is it doing any good, who knows, although we are sitting at the cusp of a new agreement so what part this forum played in that is anyones guess. Most likely a small part, but hey, even if 1 less person came over a month due to reading something here, that is a win for the negotiating team.
