15.G.4 will continue to be a thing. I was totally studying CBTs and decided to *7 every FO in the company who hasn’t already been awarded a CA slot. Only 72 (with a couple that were close) have the 950+ hours. There are 90 slots on this bid. Enjoy. Make sure your 3D is filled out properly.
Do you think they will have a hard time filling DFW 175 open vacancy or even a DFW 145? Just because they 15 G 4 one pilot doesn’t necessarily mean they have to do it to all.
It’s a choice I wouldn’t want to make if I was a senior FO.

To talk in certainty about the bid is just foolish. No one knows what’s going to happen. I don’t even think the company knows for certain.

I could be wrong, the union could be wrong, hell even the company may assume wrong. I will say that I wouldn't be anywhere near as confident in a forced displacement now as I would have been in January.

Quick "silly" question from a guy who is looking to get into aviation as a second career. When looking at Envoy Domiciles, on their website, is it better to have Jr's FO's with recent dates or older dates. Trying to understand how that works. So if LGA/ORD (my pref'd) have recent Jr FO dates, that mean faster UG's or slower?

Cirrus2turbine. The more recent the dates tell how essentially when the lowest person on the list there was hired and what vase/seat they’re occupying.
It could then indicate to you approximately how long/how quick you might anticipate getting there.
As you would recall, take all data you see/hear with a few grains of salt as nothing goes as planned.
We have been recently told we can expect to see more flying out of JFK, I don’t know if that translates into more lines necessarily.
Good luck with your decision.
