M&H is making off like bandits with us on these uniforms. $21 after shipping to get the extra stripe for the jacket for upgrade. For less than $1 worth of fabric.
I wish the company would have stepped up and represented the people that actually have to wear these uniforms during the selection process.

Maybe he did but the system has him listed as an FO, they saw he was FO, were short CA jackets, sent 3-strip Jacket instead. It’s been happening to others. Ask me how I know. This was last year, things might have changed.
Solution I experienced that worked for me, might work for some of you. Call and tell their customer service rep that you upgraded, and ask if they can send you the upgrade jacket with a return postage & you will return the FO jacket in postage.
Worked for me and another CA I spoke with that had similar issue with wrong jacket sent. M&H customer service has been great, can not say the same for the rest of their shipment ops.
Also get email & follow up with the specific customer rep you speak with.

Edited: If you are upgrading and had ordered the FO jacket call them to change it before it ships. May or may not delay your shipment, but atleast you will have a trackable record of calling them to change it to the proper jacket. This will save you $$$.

I had to send back the M&H pants due to a sizing error and haven't received the jacket yet, so could someone please confirm the color of the outerwear? Is it black or a blue color? Hard to tell from their pictures and I dont remember from the stuff they sent me.

Seriously though, it doesn’t look good over there. 2,000 block hours in open time, a shrinking seniority list, canceled upgrade classes. Douggie won’t put up with that for long.

That's pretty smart! I didn't realize people were getting the shaft whilst trying to be proactive with their uniform orders. My bad.
