In theory, it should. Saw several bros from my NH class in my 15.G.4 drafted upgrade class last spring encounter that scenario. We had a system bid run right after we started 145 training in April. Some were sent right back to the line on the 175 as an FO, at least one was forced to complete 145 CA training only to go right back into the schoolhouse for 175 CA transition within a week of his Fed ride. If you haven’t entered training yet, I would hope they are smart enough to just leave you where you are, but that doesn’t seem to be the MO with this place a lot of the time.

I for one enjoy his take on things. While I dont think we should dwell on the past or hold the company to the grates over what happened in BK, I do think we need to always remember what happened. In order to keep it from happening again we need to remember and understand what this company is capable of doing to its pilot group.
The pilot group took one for the team, conceded to so many things, gave away so many benefits, all to keep the company afloat. You would think the company would be more willing to come to the table and fix its previous wrongs, giving back what we gave up to save them. The problem is, once something is taken, much like temporary tax increases, it is very hard to ever get it back.
Anyway, I have no issue with Cujo being here and keeping everyone honest of our history. I also think we need to move forward as well in an educated fashion.

I’d make sure the union mergers committee is staffed and trained. I audited the training back 2014 with the committee members and it’s very very enlightening. Some of the case studies were very eye opening.
Going forward, just look in the rear view. What they’ve done before, they will do again. Trust (within reason since they’ve burned us so many times) but verify.... and have a SnapBack escape clause.
You’ve got some pretty decent union leadership right now from what I’ve seen, read, and some I’ve spoken with. Let them do their job. Support them ferociously when asked to. Now is a great time to be a pilot. There’s room at the table for everybody.

Bingo. Their history all the way back to the multiple eagles hasn’t changed. What happened then is happening again. The only significant difference is the pilot shortage.

Please enlighten me on the two ORD reps in high leadership, Tom from ORD is the chairman we don’t have a vice chairman no one wants the job apparently. The EA is from NY and has one foot out the door. The sec/treasurer not really a leader is from Miami. Sounds to me like Tom needs to appoint an EA and someone needs to step up as vice chairman, until then we are in a leadership vacuum.

NET three months prior to training; period to include your base month.
The answer to this, and many other CQ questions (including pay certification of CBT, since you probably want to get paid), can be found on the Flight Training page on my.envoyair...

I was on mil orders for OTS since October and wasn’t able to consolidate. I’m heading back to do recurrent next month. What can I expect going back? I haven’t touched a plane in months or looked at the manuals. I received a message for the CBTs and will get those done but other than that I’m pretty much in the dark.
