The real "no fly" captains are some of the 2014-2016 hires, who suck as a captain.
If you spend 95% of your time playing online games while flying using your friends T-Mobile (You are here, you suck and everyone hates you btw), you shouldn't be on the left seat.
The Captains on the famous "list" aren't that bad. The FOs who wrote that list are now the CAs who should be on it. There's only a couple of senior guys who are a**holes.
99.9% of the pilot group is solid.

Is anyone else having trouble submitting there bid through AutoBid? I am using the correct version and just checked the HIB through FOS. I am changing bases next month and wonder if that is the problem. I did send an email to MH, so will report back if I hear anything.

I have found the opposite actually. The guys that are really nervous and constantly critiquing your technique are usually the same ones that are a bit weaker with the stick in their hands. They know they can’t let you get too far out of the envelope before they step in if it turns out you’re a dunce. This is a small minority in my experience. Envoy pilots are generally a pleasure to work with.

Sorry gonna have to disagree with you here. Those guys are good and can be knowledgeable. As far as I’ve seen it hasn’t presented any major distractions that have come close to impacting safety
