Is the getting in trouble for Cut Above shirts a fun joke, or are people really getting hassled. Is there documented disciplinary action?
I switched to them last year after getting a wicked rash from the last junk we had, and never looked back. Maybe I am just lucky to not be approached yet, but have no problem explaining it's for health and safety reasons if anyone gave me a hard time. As long as I look sharp and represent well, that should be all that matters right?
Are the new AA shirts better? I can't believe this is even a conversation.

Honestly I disagree I thought the training was more than adequate. There’s no need to rush if there’s a company thing the comes up, just take the time to look it up and take a delay.

It’s probably more than enough if you’re DFW based, I just learned about VAA the other day after over a year here flying in the snow. Not because I’m a dummy but because literally no one has ever mentioned it.

Yeah. I remember a couple of captains talking in the training center and saying how some FO had no idea about it. And, at the time, I had no idea what they were talking about either. There is a lot of institutional knowledge that you don’t get exposed to. Up to about a year and a half ago it took six to eight years to make it to the left seat. Had a lot of opportunity for learning that guys now don’t get.

Which list had the breakdown of each base by seat and seniority number? It made it real easy to see where you would fall in terms of bidding lines. The interactive and flow plan down seem to offer that anymore.
The one I am thinking of had the tabs on the bottom of the excel sheet with each base listed.
Thanks
