At this point, the flow is a gimmick and useless.
If you new guys keep showing up, QOL and Reserve rules will never improve at Envoy. A lot better regionals out there that will give you trip credit and full dead head pay. Youll make more money while building time until the big 3 calls you up. its not if, but when.

And these new hire FOs will quit complaining on why their QOL sucks.

Do you work here? I can only assume you are a junior FO. You should probably quit and work for one of those better regionals that you named. Scaring new hires away will not get the changes you are looking for, it will cause an understaffed airline, more than we already are, and the flow would halt.

QOL (depending on base/equipment) can be difficult in the beginning but gets considerably better the more senior you get, and since we have guaranteed movement via the flow things consistently move forward whether you want to admit it or not. Stagnation and new hires not showing up to class leads to shrinking and closure not reserve improvements. Join the union and volunteer if you want to work and fix the contract.

1. You have no idea what you are truly asking for. Stagnation is a long and terrible thing to have at a regional.
2. You are a hypocrite!
3. Flow isn’t just beneficial for those that flow. I have benefited greatly from the flow even though I have yet to flow.
4. This isn’t a pitch for Envoy. I do think there are faster pathways to the majors than Envoy at this point in time.
