What I'm saying is that I understand the current reps won't be voting for short term flow increases while sacrificing QOL items since they know they will be at Envoy for a while.
But I also believe they would appreciate your input about what priorities they should have.

This is very much true.

That would certainly be an improvement over previous reps because they certainly did not listen to me last time.

Flow increases help everyone though. Not sure why they wouldn’t be open to something that moves us all out of here quicker.

If something got me out of here a year quicker that is literally 10’s of thousands, if not over a 100 thousand dollars in extra money. That is worth some qol if you ask me.

Plenty of former military pilots who are junior who plan on getting out of here in 2 years. They don't care about the flow numbers.
Hard to please everyone, that's why feedback to union reps is very important.

Yes there are, but from my experience the qol here is above what they had in the military anyway, so again, them getting out early affords them more money in the long term.

The only item that benefits everyone equally, with the exception of the 190 lifers, is a flow increase.

But what are you willing to give up for a flow increase.

I don’t think this is the place for that specific information but I would say that me personally would give up a lot for a guaranteed, for everyone, significant flow increase.

We shouldn’t have to give up anything. Period. The flow has devalued. Even with the meager pay increases, Envoy is lagging in overall compensation and QOL to most regionals. They company has always said the flow has a value. But that value has continued to decline.
