It's more than clear that Envoy can attract as many new hires as they want. Right now, 20 to 30 per class is the sweet spot to accommodate training to keep that pipeline humming and not backed up. There are multiple hundreds right now qualified and just ready for their opportunity. It's that competitive here. Cue the haters now who say Envoy will never be able to hire enough. That argument is tired and it's just talking points for the hate club. More than obvious that Envoy has all they want with a huge pool vying to get that next slot.

1. We increased pay
2. The flow is holding steady. If that falters there would be issues.
3. Longer waits for class and upgrades at other carriers.
Not sure that is harming or not but if any of those three go away or significantly change for the worse the hiring will slow. I think if anything the haters, or realists for lack of a better term, wanted to SLOW hiring to encourage a better and quicker contract update.

Think we will get staffed up enough for LAX? We’re gonna need at least 30-50 per class to compete with SkyWest considering they have an abysmal amount of pilots ready to staff there

As much as I would like LAX, it doesn’t seem to be something they are wanting to do. Time will tell and I hope I am wrong.
