ORD EMJ lines are terrible. Only 62 hard lines and block/credits are lowest I've seen my short time on property. So much for Wilson's projections on ORD flying.

Not on the DFW e175 side....Same 10 or so boring destinations as the last year... slam click.

It appears company experience is not valued for training or for directly upgrading CA’s
News flash bruh...AA mainline has been doing training with off the street pilots that have never flown at AA.

Besides, how hard is this operation? GMAFB

Maybe its that program that sucks or weak instructors or both.

Broham....AA may be doing it, but they are hiring a different kind of pilot. Trust. Hang loose skater

Like flow’s, mil, corporate, astronauts. The flows have a ton of experience and the others are very experienced flying jet airplanes. It is still very competitive to get hired at a Major. Envoy is hiring cadets, RTP, and many from different back grounds that DO have very good jet experience. The cadets and RTP’s that make up a large portion of our hiring have never stepped foot in a fast moving jet working a 121 operation.

Well...I for one am refreshed by all the arm chair generals who lost their fertilizer in this thread over nothing. You guys need to save all this stress for when that unfortunate looking girl you hooked up with misses her period.
