Vary is defined as 1-7 months. To get a better picture get the seniority list of the DFW 175 and estimate how many guys are going to be upgrading. Also look at the flow plan and see how many guys are coming on as 175 ORD guys. This is a lot of work but that's the only way you will get a good idea of the timeline.

It may be time to go deeper into defensive upgrade strategy discussion. If Envoy employs a monthly vacancy bid program, what will work best to avoid an upgrade?
Pedro- I remember your comment that included an idea for FO’s on the verge of upgrade to displace to indefinite displacement? In other words you never start class... just bounce back and forth?
