Default Endeavor and Republic?

Which would you choose for new hire with zero 121.

Plan to move so base doesn't matter too much.

Thanks!

think about time on reserve, QOL, based, money in the end is very important but don't get blinded by the biggest paycheck. Both are very interesting options

dont know what the reserve is over there but i can say that endeavors bonus program is though lucrative who knows how long it will last. as its a bonus it can be gone tomorrow..
republic well they just got done with contract stuff but still need to hire fresh meat so that you will get off reserve..

though i work for skywest i would say that we are hiring allot and so far has been ok for me.. but as i tell anyone i know. dont just follow the cash or quick upgrades.. both are temporary at best i bet

I'd pick between endeavor & piedmont & Commutair if I was a new hire planning to move to base. Prolly piedmont as my number 1.

The retention payments at Endeavor are part of our contract now, via a LOA.

Yeah I don't understand why that keeps coming up. The retention payment does its job. If it was "gone tomorrow" several hundred pilots would go with it.

Republic should never be an option. Mesa should never be an option.

That should make it easy for you.

As the poster above me stated, the retention is a part of an LOA in our contract. They can no more take it away before its scheduled expiration date than if they just stopped paying us altogether.
And with the growth of our 200 fleet and some rumors of growth to come in the 2 class fleet also reserve is short and only getting shorter.
But as many advocate. Make sure whatever company you choose has a base city that you would actually WANT to move to if that's what you're doing.
All the same, good luck with your decision and welcome! It's gunna be an interesting next couple of years.
