Endeavor Air TA voted in, $50K 1st year
Just a few of the highlights from the recently voted in TA.
Endeavor Air's 1st year starting pay is now $50,000 minimum, Delta Guaranteed Interview, and upgrades less than 3 years.
-Open time is now paid at a minimum of 150%
-Increase daily vacation pay to 3.5 hours
-Deadhead will be paid at 100%
-If you are a commuter and do not use parking in base, you will receive a stipend of $40 per month
-Alternate Deadhead (positive space home instead of base)
These are just a few.

If the upgrades happen in three years or less, you'll move to the left seat and make 40% more as a captain. Sounds rather intriguing.
The company also mentioned adding airplanes. That could make that 3yr upgrade a reality. Many current 9E'ers who've been there a long time as FOs will quickly jump on this and say it'll never happen...but keep in mind, 9E didn't do much hiring from 2010-2013, so once they upgrade their remaining 7-9 year FOs, the movement will be very quick.

As I understand it, it's $30/hr at 75 hrs/mo (27k), plus a 3k training bonus, plus the 20k retention pay. Then in second year, retention pay kicks up to $23k and hourly rate is $33...third year, $37/hr, 23k retention...that's north of $157,000 your first year just at mins.

It's a great time to be a newbie, and I think work rules and pay will continue to get better.

Want to talk about pay cuts...RJET 145 guys who take that $20k bonus see a huge drop off from year one to year two without the bonus. ($51-56k to 36.9k Y2 and 38.7 Y3 by my math). $126.6-131.6k over three years...that's leaving $27k+ on the table. Now THAT's awesome.

You didn't hear it from me, but GoJet CRJ-700's will be hitting the line at Endeavor sometime in the near future.
A good thing to keep in mind is that if this new package doesn't get the number of people in the door that they want, there will be more incentive down the road.
