Why can't he state his opinion about the new TA? Are you a 07 hire holding 17 days off in the left of a 900?
It's okay to have an opinion and voice it. This TA helped many, but also did nothing for others. Will it get better???yes, but short term is still tough for some of us. We have the right to ***** and complain...WE EARNED IT😂

Bonus=New Hires Coming=Aircraft added to fleet=More Upgrades. This is what guys currently lamenting that new hires might get a 10k bonus while they only got a 3k increase. The company needs the new blood but so do people on property. So the bonus whether it is 3k or 10k helps everyone, the new hire directly and the others indirectly. Growth is good for everyone even the career Endeavor types since it make Endeavor a more valuable asset to Delta. Valuable assets get kept around.

I'd guess the average is 10-12 year Captains going now. 8-10 when FOs start going late next year/ early 2017. If you get hired now, wait two years for upgrade, another 2 to interview, and get a cjo it will be about 4-5 years optimistically. And that CJO is still a big IF. Worse odds than betting red in roulette. That being said, we have seen enormous positive change in the past year so things will more than likely change again. Once this place is properly staffed they might increase the amount of pilots moving on to Delta in order to keep upgrade time down and attract new hires.

Not sure on that one. Endeavor has a team of recruiters including current line pilots who can answer any of your questions. Mon-Fri. 8-5. Just call. I know two of them personally. They won't sugar coat anything.

I did call today. Just wanted to see if any of what they told me was B.S. like what most other recruiters will give you. As far as I know they were being honest with me. Sounds like a good place to work.

So this sounds good but how do you compare this to places that you could upgrade in 1.5 years or less. You would be making 65k plus second year plus getting PIC time. So if you were to take a snap shot of 3 years of earnings at Endeavour as compared to these other regionals you would be making much more money elsewhere and getting PIC time sooner. So please tell me what I am missing?
