Default Endeavor Interview...

I just got an interview with Endeavor. I have scoured the internet and the most recent gouge I can find is from March of 2015. Anyone out there with any more up to date experiences or information?

Also, how much do you really have to prepare for this type of thing? I have been very successful in the past with graduate schools, other jobs, and have never made a big deal about interviews?

With 2200 TT and an ATP, four years and 1800 hours part 135 experience should I be worried or not worried at all?

I'm most concerned that I don't know anything about flying IFR, except the basics. All of my 135 time was in Alaska and was "bush" flying ( I wish I could do that forever, but the winters of being a snow plow driver are getting old).

Thanks for all the comments, criticism, and advice.

Study the more basic things you've forgotten over the years. I was asked about cowl flaps, stability, top of Class C airspace, and RVSM airspace. Also be prepared to speak intelligently about the questions HR will ask. Why Endeavor, where do you want to be in ___ years, sell us yourself in 2 minutes, etc etc. I'd also have any customer service experience in the front of your mind since Delta is huge on being a customer friendly airline.

Best of luck to you! I interviewed in April and found everything online to be highly accurate.
