You are wrong. Some people didn't get hired because they just didn't interview well. Not everyone gets hired no matter the level of preparation. Bad breath, wrong answer, just not a good fit. Sorry you didn't get it, K, neither did I. Not everyone off the street does either, and they were called based on what DL is looking for. They had to interview us. It makes sense that less of us would get hired than off the street.
staffing and not always if the person interviewed well.

The problem is, no one except for that person and the interviewer knows what happened in the room. I've flown with a number of people who I can not imagine being turned away, yet hey were. Fantastic pilots, great in a crew, knowledgeable, people I would like to fly every trip with. Yet they didn't get it. Meanwhile people who I wouldn't want to be in the back of a plane with, much less the front, get hired. I don't know what went on in that room. Maybe the great guy said something racist and the bad guy pulled his $#!+ together for the first time in his life. We just don't know.

I agree with not getting hung up on which acft you are flying as QoL is king but........
What I quoted is not even close to true. The 900 is light years ahead of the 200.
That being said if you can live in base on the 200 vs. commute for the 9? No brainer. Pick the 200 all day.

At Endeavor
First year pay? It's being proposed to start at $30/hr, right now I believe it's about $25. (there is a current 20K per year bonus, with a TA to raise that)
Days off? 11 per month
Reserve times? For FO's it's average of about 7 months, but dropping fairly quick, some cases just a few depending on base/plane and following class sizes.
Chances of getting Ejet? No chance. Chance of an alternative 76 seat jet? Pretty good.

Great advice. Just 3-4 years ago. Endeavor (at the time Pinnacle) had a great contract, and the went though, bankruptcy, then emerge as Endeavor. It's too early to tell. Even when I left Endeavor earlier this year I've heard things really has gotten better.
