Envoy vs Endeavor

First year pay? It's being proposed to start at $30/hr, right now I believe it's about $25. (there is a current 20K per year bonus, with a TA to raise that)
Days off? 11 per month
Reserve times? For FO's it's average of about 7 months, but dropping fairly quick, some cases just a few depending on base/plane and following class sizes.
Chances of getting Ejet? No chance. Chance of an alternative 76 seat jet? Pretty good.

It's never a bad idea to keep your eye on what's going on in the industry, but the OP would be better served focusing on training for now. When they're about six to eight months away from being ready to make the move to an airline, that's a good time to start targeting companies.

So I had a friend interview at Endeavor yesterday. They told him that upgrade time has dropped to less than two years and that 30+ per month are "flowing" to Delta. He is taking the job and not looking anywhere else.... Are any of these claims true?

Upgrade, who knows. I was told three years in September, and we've since pulled more -200s from the desert so it could explain the decrease in time. Upgrade talk is anybodies best guess, I'm not going to claim one way or another.
To paraphrase what Bill Clinton once said, it depends on what your definition of 'flow' is. Pilots will be moving to Delta, yes, but it's not a flow in the sense we talk about on here. It's an interview pending conditions are met, that's it. Indeed next year those who have had their interviews will begin to head off to Delta, but under the SSP interview process, not a straight flow.

There are pilots "flowing" to Delta, just the ones they want.

It about 2-3 year upgrade currently, possibly quicker. There is no flow to delta. Like everyone else has said its just a guaranteed interview. Approximately 60% success rate at the delta guaranteed interview on average. Sometimes higher sometimes lower. a few months ago only 20% who interviewed on the guaranteed interview with Delta were hired, 80% were rejected. but then again there was a month where as many as 70% who interviewed on the guaranteed interview have been hired and only 30% were rejected. So the numbers of successful interviews vary monthly. Success rate for an off the street interview at Delta is much high than through the guaranteed interview program (I've heard around 95%), but then again endeavor does guarantees you the interview, you just have no way of knowing if the interview will be successful. the pass rate is so bad many have "coined" the term "its a coin toss" to describe the possible success at the Delta Guaranteed Interview. Pay is decent for a regional and Endeavor is a good place to work, but they DO NOT have a flow for us to Delta, and they reject nearly half of our pilots at the Delta Interview. There is a new agreement that if signed will give 30/hour pay rates to new FO's as well as a signing bonus, and better work rules. Best wishes to you and I hope this helps. Merry Christmas
