What is more appealing to new hire candidates: 4yr upgrade (maybe?) at Endeavor, extra 20k per year, interview at Delta after 2yrs of being a Captain so 6yrs into it plus the time to wait in the pool. Who knows how grey the language is on that for moving to Delta, lets just say 8yrs total.

or

Go to Compass get a $10k signing bonus and upgrade in half the time or even quicker, west coast bases and have PIC and all the options in the world for applying to every Major airline out there.

Should get interesting!

Thats not what I was asking, had to do with Colgan guys hes always complaining about.

You move directly to delta after that interview. This deal has no wait time. So 2 to 3 years as fo 2 yrs as capt. Then delta. It could happen in as little as 4 yrs. As long as nothing crazy happens.

If you want west coast bases, then Compass is the place to go, and has been for some time. Not everyone wants west coast bases, though.

I'll bite. Does it irritate me that I didn't get to keep my CA pay when I was downgraded but others who were downgraded at a later date did? Sure. Is it the Colgan guys fault? No.

I'll bite...YES! It ****es me off. No pay protection, and the quotas are worthless. So in the end, yeah some of us are mad as hell.
