99% sure we exhausted our allowance this year, however, next year there is no maximum of off the street hires.

Why would you come to Endeavor under the ussp program with the current upgrade time of three to four years with an additional two years in the left seat is beyond me, that's just silly!

We have not maxed out the outside the SSP this year. There is no real limit as to how many they can hire outside the SSP just the number that count against the yearly quota of pilots going to DL. Next year there will be 180 plus how ever many they hire outside the SSP.

Maybe I'm missing something, but using a regional flow as a career plan seems awfully silly.

Get your time and apply to a Major if that's your goal (or even a great 91/135 department). But to go to this or that regional for the off chance YOU will actually flow to a major is silly. The regional airline industry is too volitale.

[QUOTE=sogtivr6;1930388]MEC Reaches TA on Delta Interview Program for 2015 Hires

"Like the SSP, the uSSP provides for a one-day interview process, and allows those pilots hired between January 7, 2015, and July 1, 2015, to apply immediately."

Dang it. I missed this by 5 days. I should have taken an earlier class.

Seems like Delta needs to wake up and offer a "no interview" flow like Piedmont to American.

The way I see it is....get to a regional that gives YOU the best QOL. With all the retirements over the next few years we will have opportunities across the board!
