Endeavor folks contacted me recently about the application I submitted. I have been out of jet flying for some time now. Anything you recommend for me to study for a possible interview? Thank you!

Can you prove your claim? Delta has ZERO problem with failing a Compass pilot while going through initial or IOE. Out of the hundred of Compass flows only a small handful have been unsuccessful. Before you throw Compass under the bus for your failed attempts to get what you want, look at your own ALPA leadership and join the real world. Delta hates the flow idea and your leadership couldn't change their minds. Seriously get a grip.
Pump your brakes there guy, do you have any dog in this fight? I think not. I'm on a lot of DAL jumpseats and have talked to more than a few training captains who have said that about Compass guys. Nowhere did I say the entire group was bad. I just said that they have had some issues with some of them.
Seriously does your fagina hurt this bad all the time?

Just another example of how poorly our MEC communicates. We find out from the company first. Still waiting for an explanation.

Hotline just came out:

uSSP Letter of Agreement Not Ratified by MEC

The MEC convened Thursday via conference call and voted not to ratify the uSSP LOA. That LOA would have offered SSP-style interviews to pilots hired after January 6 and before August 1. However, feedback from the affected pilots overwhelmingly centered on the 2-year Captain requirement prior to being offered a class date at Delta, which was felt to be too long and too uncertain. Many pilots also believed that, with the anticipated retirements at the majors over the coming years, pilots will be in a position to move on more quickly than the uSSP would have allowed. The MEC would have preferred to see an overall service requirement in lieu of a 2-year Captain requirement, because that would have given uSSP pilots a firm timeline for advancement.

The MEC is committed to working to secure more favorable terms for our recently hired pilots, consistent with their expectations.

It appears the very first step for better work conditions have taken place. Apparently the uSSP offers nothing due to the 2-year captain commitment.

I agree!! Glad they voted it down.. We need to see some real initiative by Delta to attract new hires, I believe the uSSP would have actually had a negative effect and made people not want to come here because of the 2yr Captain requirement! It will be interesting to see whats next!

Yeah the horrors Delta would require a pilot to be a CA for 2 years. Why would they want someone with TPIC time.
