Your registration date secures you a time slot and you will be notified by text when you are next so you can participate in all the speakers. All airlines will be there on Saturday and Sunday also.
Alternative, if you would like an interview here, apply online and show you aren't legally dead.

How exactly does the number of people hired at Big Daddy D correlate to running Endeavor Airlines? If you are going to point fingers point them at DALPA and ALPA national. BTW I'm a huge supporter of ALPA just think they missed the mark on the Regional airline industry as badly as they missed the mark the whole 3 man cockpit crew for a B737

Oh yeah as a lifer this Management crew is one of the better ones

Isn't it more like 44% selected from EDV to DL via the SSP?

BS. You do not know what you are talking about. I've worked for airlines that weren't run well. This is not one of them. This industry has a lot of variables that are constantly changing, and our company deals with that very well.

As for small percentage going to Delta, again, you are talking out of your A$$. 60% success rate. How many people from the original 3 were going to Delta prior to the SSP? How many of those who went in and interviewed had their phones ringing with calls from Delta HR prior to the SSP, or even after for those who also applied off the street? How about UAL or AA? VERY few people were (are) being called off the street. Suddenly we all had the opportunity to go in and interview without the normal vetting process that Delta uses. 60% of those who gave it a shot got a job, including a lot who didn't have a four year degree like everyone who is coming in off the street to a Delta interview. That's pretty damn great and proves that the people who spout crap like you just did are just ****ed because they didn't get it.

Look, I get it. It sucks to be told no. I'm not going to Delta either. It doesn't mean that everyone else in the world is to blame. They wouldn't have been calling me off the streets. I'm not there because of me, and all my friends who are moving on to Delta are proof of that.

For everyone outside the company:

If you are considering coming to 9E, know that you better be OK with going to NY. Right now that's where people are headed, may as well assume that if you live in MSP you'll never get it and be pleasantly surprised if it ever happens. Most people here are great to fly with. Management and training want you to succeed and will support you in doing so. You will be paid well to fly well maintained aircraft and stay in (for the most part) good hotels. You won't be asked to do anything unsafe, and will be given the tools to do your job well. Upgrade should be fairly quick as well as long as things continue to move as they have been. Give it a couple years and you'll get a guaranteed interview at Delta, while you wait you can have applications in at all the majors (including Delta) so maybe you'll get to move on sooner.

I'm proud to be an Endeavor pilot. I like my company. They treat me well, pay me well, and I've flown in both seats with some of the best pilots I could hope to meet. Our new hires are sharp, most are really looking for ways to improve and are bringing great experience from other carriers with them.

I'm sure that my outlook would be different if I lived in MSP or DTW, but fortunately I don't and am close to NY. That makes life much easier for me since I can be a line holder as a CA in NY where I would be on reserve as a CA in the other bases or line holder as an FO. The lesson to be learned from that is the common advice to go someplace you can drive to work or have an easy commute from is good advice.

9E Memo 16-34: "...1,078 pilots have interviewed at Delta and 666 of these pilots received a CJO resulting in a 61.8% success rate."

Can we please move on from this now?

Spot on.

Although my life situation is a lot different than most at this point, even living in MSP, based in NYC, I am not having a bad time here.
