If you want DTW people have been able to get it after about 2-3 months on the line in NY

We don't like commuting FAs. You do the math on what that means for a new base.

And Miami, Ft Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and DC too. Wow we must really be expanding based on recruiting events for FA's.
Well, its all focused in the southeast, so that tells me something. I could be wrong though. I personally doubt its more than one base. Oh, and we are approved for new guys with CL65 types to get through training faster. Things that make you go hmmm....but the 14 new aircraft are no longer rumors.

Oh great. Thanks SkyWorst.

Although some of our salty seniors probably had something to do with it as well.

We will only be able to park in the non AOA lot and use the non AOA shuttle now. SIDA badges will not let us into the AOA bus stops after Dec 31st.
Great, guess the rumors this summer were true. Don't expect to have the sida badges for much longer now. Once skywest kicks us completely out of the hallway under B gates there will be no need.

Guess they get another 10 minutes of my time every trip to walk from the basement all the way to ops, then back to A gates.

Edit: Guess it won't matter much when upgrade comes and I'm stuck in NYC instead.

Due, not do.

And I doubt it on the rude comment. Delta has been planning this for a while now. All of mainline lost their SIDA badges when they expired or 31 Dec, whichever occurred first.

No worries. I hope the company announces something soon. I think it will help the recruitment and the folks that would like something other than NY.

I thought three were coming in January. That might be a rumor I heard and not a fact. Thanks for the info

So if we can't get on the aoa bus through the bus stop, can we still ride it out? Guess the can block us from the A gate bus stops but definitely not the B gate one.

thank you to the D bag crew members who ruined our AOA access in DTW. You are the absolute turds of the industry.
