Now, I wonder what "mentor our regional partners" means...
Yea, the mentor comment made my ears perk up. What's that about?

Anyone know if Express Jet operates 200s outside of ATL? My hope is the 14 - 200s mean an ATL base, but if Xjet operates them out of DTW then maybe just growing DTW. Hopefully not more NYC aircraft.

So since more planes are coming does that mean "quick upgrades" are still plausible. At least under a year?

They are all based in ATL but they do a bit of DTW flying. YOW, HPN, amongst others I've seen recently.

Yes, quite possible, combined with the fact we have a stack more leaving for Delta, many of whom have upgraded since interview.

Dang...my upgrade may happen faster than I thought! If others have 121 time and want to make some serious cash...get in those February classes. I hear January has been capped at 72 new hires.

What is approved and what isn't? Clearly the blazer isn't going to cut it in any of the bases Nov-March so what are guys on the line wearing? Sounds like a north face? Can I go out there with a huge puffy Dallas Cowboys starter jacket to do the walk around? Where's the line drawn?

Just noticed at least two Feb 2016 hires moving up to CA on the award.

Get a pea coat. Classy and warm.

Don't ask here, look it up instead of doing what others say. FOM Chapter 4, page 1 and 2. You will see exactly what is and isn't approved. Blazer, black pullover ribbed sweater, black raincoat/weather coat (aka trench coat), or leather jacket. Nothing else. No North Face, no REI, no pea coat, no starter jacket or anything else. You can wear the sweater or a lighter black cardigan under the blazer if you don't feel like wearing a trench coat or leather. If you don't want to follow the rules, that's your choice, but the company is clear on this.
