That's in the eye of the beholder so I hope you can turn a corner and feel better about yourself. 9E employees should be going before mainline on their own metal. I haven't heard otherwise.

Such is life in this world we operate. If my time comes to join the mainline ranks, I'll be glad to bump someone like me...it's just the way things work.

On a 9E plane, we are all S3 priority (DL/9E) so it's all straight date of hire after that.

hey guys, first post. Does anyone know what they are interviewing/hiring with as far as multi time? I know the site says 50 but just wanted to check before I spend the money on time. Thanks!

AirlineInterviews will give you some of the data. In the meantime, no harm in applying even if you are short on the mins.

Really, how about a person who is retired after 30+ Years at Delta and is behind a new hire.

When I Interviewed (March) they would interview with 10% less than the required hours. So at 45 multi you could interview and the job offer will be contingent upon you showing up to your first day of class with all of the minimums. In this case 50.0 multi.

Yeah, Jamis81 said it - 9E employees DO go before mainline on their own metal based on seniority.

Aside from a few scorned employees stuck in Bloch Award purgatory, I'm told the company HAS turned a corner and many feel really good about their future prospects. 20k retention, guaranteed interviews for new hires. Solid.

What are the odds of a new hire getting MSP on the 900 for October/November?

Not good.

MSP 900 FO has 0 vacancies as of the latest bid. This bid is for staffing considerations thru January.
