If this period goes smooth because folks are extra dilligent you my see number of RR pilots fall off a cliff.

Could be huge for reserve pilots.

I'd gladly try to get to the airport before two hours if it means I can stay at home rather than stuck in an airport for eight hours. I'm helping myself out more than anybody if it means no more RR...

We talk about working to improve reserve life and right now is a chance. Hope it works out.

I have no issue getting to the airport in less than full call out 95% of the time... I do have issue not being able to pref open time trips that would then allow a later report and/or earlier release, not have any pay protections working through New York most of the time, and getting the least pay for the least days off to top it all off. (even if I fly 90 hours credit I don't get the time and a half over 85 like a line holder for example)

Pay on hold. Can mean many things both positive or negative so you would need to ask said person.

I need to budget better🤔You need to not comment ever on pilot pay period! What are you defending exactly?....That what we make is more than enough to budget a NY crashpad..This guy is a prime example why regional pilot pay will struggle. Too many happy with status quo. I mean why should we further our pay....even for newbies. Bad bad mentality
