You sure you replied to the right guy? I did not call you any names or say anything about how much money you do or do not have. You just completely validated what I said, if you budget then it is possible on our current rates to be in NY, even with a family, even on the 2010 rates.

Implying that I said we should settle for mediocre doesn't work either. I did not say that. I said that being in NY on our 1st year rates works just fine if you are able to budget. Apparently you agree with me, despite the ridiculous rant. Guess "grow up" hit a little too close to home, "bro".
