That would be great but it would cost the company more money so I doubt they would easily agree to it.

So it's ok to take a payrate that ends up in less compensation that the bonus program in this economy? Isn't that a concession?

I think they are going to raise the hourly rate and decrease the bonus amount. And somehow it will end up being over 60k a year instead of the 50k we are currently getting at min Guarantee.

It would be great if the company agreed to it but I just have my doubts. I don't have any insider information but I would imagine they not going to offer a huge pay increase if they don't have to.

Just spitballing but at min guarantee a pilot is being paid 900hrs a year. That means a raise of 25.55/hr would break even for the year. If we got raises of 24/hr then that would be a slight cut for those making min guarantee but a raise for everyone crediting 80 or more hours a month. As long as it is a net increase for the pilot group as a whole I would be in favor of it.

Endeavor wants to advertise to new hires that they will make at least 50k. As long as there are no new hire bonuses, and every other pay rate goes up by the same amount as the first year payrate, everyone should end up ahead.

Oh god, hopefully they don't go the way of AAG and pay a bunch for 1st year but marginal for everyone else. At least now the bonus is across the board.

These are things that management is well aware of, and when we get a pay raise by the end of the year you can thank AAG for it.
