Any reason why I wouldn't want to consider Endeavor, that hasn't jumped out at me in the last few pages of posts?
If you are going to stay in the Detroit area and want to fly for a regional then Endeavor is a good fit.

Just had a phone screen. Almost all just fill-the-square questions (Do you have an ATP? Will you resign your seniority number from any other carriers? Do you have a FCC certificate? etc.). The only exception was, "How did you hear about Endeavor?" Very friendly interviewer and he answered several questions at the end on reserve, assignments, morale, etc. September training slots are full and about 1/2 of October available slots are assigned.

Plus, they just posted 70 captain upgrade slots in their latest bid. So, it would appear that there's movement there. Good luck with the interview! Keep us updated.

I talked with a friend of mine who was recently hired there. He graduates from ground school today (might have already happened actually), then has the weekend off, heads to FTDs, has a couple days off, then is right into sims. Doesn't seem like there's THAT much of a backlog. No rest for the weary!

I wouldn't mind a trip to CPH myself for some training. Maybe try to grab some downtime to tour Europe. I've only heard good things about the experience from 9E pilots who made the trip.

That was temporary for some of the differences sim training to go from 200 to 900. There is no more training in Europe at this point. The "away from home training" is set to be in Phoenix on the 200, that's it.

there's not that much of a backlog, Longest wait I've heard of is a month. What I meant was that we will have the ability to train lots more newbies that we need with PHX, and if the CPH thing happens again for 900 differences training opening up the MSP sims for more new hire stuff. The word about CPH, straight from the head of training, is "it's on the radar" so nothing definite but a possibility. At least CAE brought the sim to PHX and we don't have to send anyone to Kuala Lumpur where it came from.

They were in recurrent last week and said they are weighing their options for doing more training abroad because of the PHX incident.

Latest rumor is PR wants to hold people back on the SSP to Delta by 6mo in the Spring of next year due to Bloch Award, and the training issues it will cause.
