Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

I hope you guys look at the no-bid lists on the bid packs. Last I saw only 50ish hired in 2015 have hit the bid list out of over 160 hired. Once the training pipeline truly starts hitting the line (starting last month) movement increases. While it's the end of August to the hiring process has had sim delays and caused a bit of a "funk" in movement when looking at pure hire dates. Realistically, most spots will be 2-3 months of reserve once hitting the line for an FO. M9F and D9F may be a little longer with guys living in base coming over from the -200 to -900.
Just keep the realities in line with the big picture. Things are going well, but the training bubble output is just now hitting the line.
Welcome to the new hires!

I was speaking from the August DTW200 FO lines... although in August we had nearly 30% of the pilots on rsv for that month. For Sept I'm tdy to Minny, so I haven't even bothered to look at DTW. Sounds like they decreased the amount of rsv to something reasonable for Sept.

I'm a new hire (so what do I know?) but taking a quick glance at the seniority list there's only 4 or 5 900 FO's at DTW with a DOH from June-December 2011 with the next guy being March 2014.
So it's not necessarily as bad as it looks. Again, that's just from a quick glance.
