No, we don't know what the hire rate is on the program that new hires are under, because no one has interviewed on DGI. It's not the same as SSP, plain and simple

Schedule question I'm not clear on. If I've got a trip that the last day of the trip is nothing but a DH back to base, is there anything preventing me from just getting myself home when I finish the day prior?

Nope. You just have to let scheduling know. As long as they say it's ok then you can go.

You should be able to request an alternate deadhead too back to where you live, if you would rather positive space yourself.

That's even worse not knowing the hire rate is. You go to Envoy, make good money. Move onto AA. No bs politics or whatever have you.

Less than 40%? I won't argue that the overall success of the SSP has been lower than what you would typically see in OTS interview groups, but it's not lower than 40%. Numerous people have plenty of right to be upset over how things played out, but over exaggerating just discredits your argument.
Envoy is a very appealing place right now without a doubt. But as I said, I don't think this is End-State for 9E either. When it swings back our way next should they all jump ship again? Stop reshuffling the regionals, sit tight, negotiate better contracts, keep your apps out and be ready to go when it gets called on.
