Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

The MEC at envoy sent an email to pilots yesterday telling them that AAG management will propose a package of compensation and flow improvements to them.
If the proposed improvements make envoy a more attractive/lucrative carrier to the applicants we want, how do you think Endeavor/Delta management will respond if at all?

Fellow Envoy Pilots,
After months of advocating for improved economics for all Envoy pilots, I’m pleased to report that tomorrow we expect to receive a draft proposal from management that would raise the compensation bar for both Captains and First Officers. Throughout the upcoming hours and days, the MEC will engage with management to flesh out the details and bring forward the best package possible.
The timing for this is excellent, as AAG has asked Envoy to send up to 40 flows a month starting early next year, a number well above our current meter of 30 per month. However, exceeding the meter will only be feasible if hiring is robust. I do not believe this is outside the realm of possibility. By combining our industry leading flow-through, the enhanced pilot compensation, and coupling the QOL improvements that the MEC continues to push for; these necessary steps will reinforce the belief that new hires will find working for Envoy the best possible career choice.
The pilots of Envoy have proven capable of getting the job done, and your MEC leaders have led the charge – both public and private – to ensure you are rewarded for your efforts.
We will transmit more details as they become available.
Fraternally,

Delta will NEVER offer a flow they have said over and over. They are trying to roll out bonus into a pay rate to save money! The guys on rsv would lose the most amount of money flying 75 hours a month.

Exactly.
You mentioned the C-Series (100% mainline aircraft, period) arrival coincident with a new CBA. Maybe you meant yours? I assumed you meant the DL PWA because there is a current effort by management to tie its arrival to more large RJ's at DCI. But the plane is coming regardless, and I don't see DALPA allowing 50 more 76ers...and I really don't see that getting past MEMRAT anyway.
We're always in or near contract negotiations, and there's always a new aircraft type on the horizon. The concept that DALPA needs to make scope deals to get the planes the company wants and is going to get anyway is just dumb.

If this pay and benefits package rivals Endeavor I would have to think Delta will have to increase the retention payments again to attract new hires. If Envoy offers a realistic flow and industry leading pay/bonuses it will be hard for new hires to pass up. Couple that with most of our flying being based in NYC and it's a tough sell but in the end money talks.

Is anyone commuting from DFW to NY? I have a CJO for October and was planning on relocating to a cheap apartment once through training, but had an E9 Capt. tell me I should commute at first. Any thoughts on relocating vs commuting? Also would JFK be the easier commute over LGA? Thanks

There's no such thing as a cheap apartment in NYC; it simply doesn't exist. There are several flights per day on AA, UA, and even DL (including 9E). How full they are depends on the time, day of week, season etc.
LGA has a far greater amount of flights between DFW and NYC than JFK. Check passrider.com for exact amounts.
