I didn't factor the DGI into my decision to come here, mostly because it IS worthless.
I came for the base I was promised by the recruiters and the money. So far the paychecks from Pinnacle are cashing, but if I see another vacancy with nothing but NYC I'm out of here.

I doubt anyone promised him another base. Rumors of NYC staffing up had been on the street for a while now. 16-04 has openings in DTW and I'm sure there will be secondaries as a result of upgrades. The sky is not falling but some people are shortsighted. Can't imagine going through 121 regional training to just up and leave for another regional. Insane.....

Good to hear how things have turned around, people moving on, upgrades in ~12 months, and more planes coming back. +1
