More -200's to be parked. Any rumor control on this?
Yes. All -200's will be parked by 2016 or 2017ish.

That's not true unless there's been a change. Last I heard there would be 100 of them system wide

They will be gate ornaments unless something changes big time with the ability of the regionals to staff the operations.

Well there's that. But 100 of them are in their fleet plan at this point

So Delta publicly announces they are going to fly more 200's and a week later Endeavor is rumored to be parking more 200's? I believe management's statement that they will fly as many 200's at Endeavor as they can staff. If the 900 operation is in jeopardy I would expect them to start parking 200's like they did last year. The inability to grow the pilot numbers might have them giving up on the 200 operation but who is going to fly them then? Can Skywest staff another 100 planes? Is Republic going to be able to keep their 50 seaters in the air for much longer?

Apparently after the Delta pilots rejected that horrendous TA, mgt claims they will use the money they were going to spend on 737s and E190s to refurbish 50 seaters and keep flying them. if true, I don't think they will be flown here.

Why not at Endeavor, and if not where do you think they'll end up?

Endeavor will continue operating -200's at a rate of 28-35 lines of flying for the foreseeable future. New -900's won't be showing up unless the next DL contract changes or something happens with current -900 operators. There are plenty of -200's sitting in IGM that can come back, and some have, with others coming. DL renewed the deal with republic holdings to keep more 50 seaters, but they can't staff, so there is your rumor based on what's actually factual. The whole deal with endeavor is what can be staffed. DL is paying to have feed staffed, but it comes down to those who actually hit a new hire class to staff. Can we fly 100 -200's? Not with current staffing. With new hire classes growing that may change, but the movement is to DL to open CA seats, plus hiring (a few CA seats) and staffing the right seat at the highest pay with movement and (what WILL happen) a path to DL mainline.

Rumors are great, but the logistics and reality can keep that in check. Run the numbers of attrition, followed by hiring. The surplus will go to staff 50 seat flying. The flying is there, but not going to be "taken" unless it can be staffed.

Update from Phil today shows 2 200's coming from igm in a few weeks. I don't see them going away soon.
