Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

Look, right now the focus is on NYC because it's a new base. Skywest did that with DTW when it was opened. Lets wait until NYC is fully staffed before going any further with this. We do a boatload of DTW and MSP flying.
Things for us are looking good, we've got folks moving to Delta and elsewhere, upgrades still moving along, performance looking great, and plenty of folks showing up to class and hitting the line.

i was on the M60 today in Uniform. Aside from the not uncommon subway mess-ups (No comms due to an AC power failure or suchlike) from LGA to SoHo took 1:10. I'd expect on a smoother day to do it in an hour. normally i drive, but P10 has been such a disaster since it was deemed to be part of California staffed by some well meaning (but totally lost) valets.. Uber pool is $20ish. My plan is to pool for early trips and bus home as long as it's not too late..
Bottom line is absolutely doable. PM for more..
cheers!

Hey, Manhattan!
I'm not worried about traveling in uniform. i saw several guys with wings on the bus. Manhattan at least is probably the safest city in the country...

Exactly, idk where this rumor has come from that MSP and DTW is closing. As with any new base opening that's where the majority of new people are going to be sent until they have the staffing numbers there. Same thing is happening with Skywest opening up in DTW, same thing happened when Compass started LAX flying. That's just how it goes unfortunately.

Idk I guess a false impression because of where all the new hires are going, which as a new hire I wouldn't worry about being stuck in NY if you don't want it. I got awarded the 900 in DTW on 16-02 and went back to look today at the award. I guess a revision to that came out earlier this week and there we're still 16 iirc secondary spots for the 900 in DTW. I didn't look at the 200 but you definitely won't get stuck in NY like I said. That and there's a lot of people who live in the NE that wants NY. I'm curious to see what 16-03 is going to look like next week.

Yep. Management came into class today and told us by next year the NYC area will comprise about 65% of the 9E flying. About 30 mins later we all got our assignments. 100% LGA/JFK with the huge majority on the 900. With movement, hopefully some of us can get back to the midwest before long.
