I'd go over limitations. It will help save time when taking the test, and brush up on the systems that your recurrent will be over. I seen a good amount of limitations on the written. Overall I wouldn't stress out about it the instructor will hit everything you need to know.

Recurrent isn't bad at all. The usual mix of systems with some FOM and 3585 stuff. Most had it done in an hour or so.
As far as sims go, dunno how AQP is, but PC style was jam packed. Nothing wrong with having a bad day and taking an extra lesson, they'll do anything they can to accommodate it and get folks the support they need. It's not sink or swim, and all instructors I encountered were very upbeat and dedicated to quality. I've heard great things about AQP from the instructors and it sounds like a great system.

May 9th CRJ 900 reporting in!
Just finished my IOE yesterday and it was exactly two months for me from start to finish. Coming from the CRJ 900 side I had very good experiences with the instructors during all phases of training. Yes, every single one of my FTD and SIM instructors have a CJO with Delta so there is no saying how much longer they will be there. However, some of them were new to instructing but had a lot of experience as a captain. I never felt any of them were insufficient. Maybe I was lucky?
My sim partner and I only had to repeat one lesson due to technical difficulties with the simulator. Other than that study hard and you will be successful. I don't think anyone from my class has received a "pink" slip yet.
On a side note one of the examiners told me the average is approximately two additional lessons to complete.

I just passed my IQLOE on Friday in the 200. My sim partner and I were the first people to finish from the April 25 CRJ 200 class. All other class members (10 for the 200) have had their schedules completely jacked up because of additional lessons or because of days off for personal events.
I talked to the 900 guys and they are saying that the quality of instruction on that side is not that great due to the high turnover of instructors. I found the 200 instruction was great. We enjoyed every instructor we worked with. My sim partner and I were flabbergasted that some other pilots needed 2, 3, or more repeat lessons before the MV. My sim partner never touched a turbine A/C until now and I flew King Airs. We didn't need any additional training.
I don't know of anyone that has gotten a pink slip yet but I feel several are close. Sim training is no joke but it can be a piece of cake if you actually study the maneuver profiles before the lesson.

Wow, I don't know of anyone from either April class done with 900 IOE yet. I actually know a few that haven't even taken their MV yet.

I have a CJO with Endeavor. I have seen a lot on here about seniority (class rank based on age) being the major factor in the chosen base but does seniority also determine air frame or is that at total discretion of Endeavor?
