After completion of OE, your new hire bonus should be incorporated with your next paycheck, if there are a few days to process the fact. Otherwise, expect the NHB on the next next check cycle.
The PRB is paid in mid Jan, May, Sep, and is prorated from the day you start. This bonus does accumulate while in training.

I just passed my IQLOE on Friday in the 200. My sim partner and I were the first people to finish from the April 25 CRJ 200 class. All other class members (10 for the 200) have had their schedules completely jacked up because of additional lessons or because of days off for personal events.
I talked to the 900 guys and they are saying that the quality of instruction on that side is not that great due to the high turnover of instructors. I found the 200 instruction was great. We enjoyed every instructor we worked with. My sim partner and I were flabbergasted that some other pilots needed 2, 3, or more repeat lessons before the MV. My sim partner never touched a turbine A/C until now and I flew King Airs. We didn't need any additional training.
I don't know of anyone that has gotten a pink slip yet but I feel several are close. Sim training is no joke but it can be a piece of cake if you actually study the maneuver profiles before the lesson.
