I would have to say your probably right, possible but they want to try other things first. From a business side of it why pay a guy more if he's/she's willing to work for less? Especially with the performance numbers you are posting in what people call the hardest airspace to operate in.....

Our last two vacancies have had 0 FO positions in either MSP or DTW on both the 200 & 900.
Across the fleet there are ~200 FOs based at MSP out of 1600+ pilots, and it seems to go senior. That number seems to be shrinking as SKW moves in and we move East.
I wish I would've known before coming here that the goal was to be a NYC airline; it's probably my least favorite place in the country to live or fly. This is obviously just one idiot's opinion.
Across the fleet there are ~200 FOs based at MSP out of 1600+ pilots, and it seems to go senior. That number seems to be shrinking as SKW moves in and we move East.

Oh and also, MSP is actually our largest base in terms of pilots, including NY
