I think if the AA & UAL regionals are smart they will beef up the pay to match 9E.
At that point "flow" versus interview will be hard to beat.

Flow in 6-8 years might still not be as attractive as interview in 3.5-4 years, at least for some. But it does provide options against which to hedge the bets, eh?

That said, I do believe you should stack as much in your favor as you can and if Delta is your goal, Endeavor gives you a good chance of getting there.
I would hope future Endeavor applicants would understand the meaning of the words "Delta interview." Not much ambiguity in those words.

Thanks for being so concerned for the future applicants to our company.

The point being the word interview doesn't guarantee a job. I just don't get how anyone can twist that into an entitlement mentality.

I think Delta currently has the best system vs any kind of "guaranteed" flow. The idea of a guaranteed interview but no guarantee of a job will make most work the best during their time at 9E.

Does the "double no" mean they will never be able to interview at DL again or just that they don't get to come back automatically in six months?
In other words, could they still do an OTS interview?

It means they aren't eligible to try again under the SSP but can still try and apply for the regular two day interview after a year I believe.

I thought a "double no" meant they could not apply via 9E; rather, they could only apply OTS? At least that was how it was explained to me.

I think that's pretty much what Lone Palm said.
