From my understanding no. You are paid 150% on the NET result of a drop/pickup. So if you drop a 4 hour day trip and pick up an 8 hour 2 day you're only payed 150% of 4 hours. Or I could be completely wrong and rambling, someone please confirm.

Interesting. I saw the grid was green for once so I dropped a trip and realized nothing else in OT would work with my personal life this month. So I picked it back up. Flica shows 200%.... I guess we will see what rainmaker says

I think that's correct. From what I can glean, though, there might be an exception/loophole since it's based on initial award. So if you're awarded 80, pick up 5 (@150), then drop that 5 then pick up another 4 (@200) you'd be paid the full premium rate (200) on the 4 hr pickup even though you dropped 5.
I'm a newbie too, so I might not be reading the contract right either?

Just to clarify, ALL open time is 150%, whether or not you are over 85 hours. On top of that, if you allow the company to assign you additional credit, anything assigned over 85 is 150% as well.
My line is 75 hours usually so anything I pick up is 150% and I usually credit 130+ hours.

Your calculation is just a bit off though, 130x30 is $3900 a month, x12 = $46800 before the bonus, or $69,800 all in.

I thought anything above 75 hrs as a year-1 pilot is paid at 45/hr? I guess that's what I was wrong about.
