Speaking of cash....When a new hire and you finish OE you get $3000, but do you get the bigger check 4 months after day-1 of indoc or is it 4 months after you hit the line?

Nevermind. Just realized it's pro-rated and everyone gets it same day.

Hi all. Does anybody know how the Delta interviews that finished up today went? Did we have any SSPers for this round? I know hornetdriver interviewed but he was off the street. Anyone know of any others?

Sorry, I don't buy it.... when you take a 15 hour delay into the next afternoon (a Saturday) rather than just admit you couldn't operate the flight Friday evening... That's just cooking the books in my opinion. (yes it's happening, I lived it.) The obsession with completion factor is becoming worrisome. At what point will we be pushed to do something illegal and/or dangerous in the name of "keeping the streak"?

If you're 44 I definitely would say you won't be the oldest. I'm 44 and was #6. Wouldn't have been the oldest or even top 2 in any class since then either.

I think were paid on CCF from Delta. WX, ATC are excluded as are cancels
at Deltas request. We are doing very well right now with those numbers
That "obsession" is what keeps us in business and keeps Delta putting $
into Endeavor.

In our defense, I recently witnessed Delta mainline delay a BOS-ATL flight 29 hours without cancelling it. Pretty remarkable.
