That's Chataqua, or shuttle America. Whatever they're called now. I don't know if there has been any cases where we've been thing to save someone else's operation and didn't have enough crews or planes for our own. If so I'm pretty sure we'd just follow in Delta footsteps and operate the flight when we can with a delay vs taking a cancellation.
Roger, thanks. Yeah, I've actually been on about six flights now that used to be gojet or another airline who couldn't cover it. Both on reserve and as a line holder.

Endeavor won't sacrifice our own operation to save another carriers, unless ATL tells us to.
I think the requirement is for there to be crews and an airplane available. Endeavor is not the only airline "saving" (Delta terminology) flying, CP and EV both save flying as well.
There is a Delta Connection report published every day on DeltaNet under "Delta Connection" which shows performance for every carrier, EVERY single delay taken across the DCI system as well as saved flights by other carriers. Search DeltaNet for it.
