What department did you talk to? If something has changed comany policy wise, the APDs sure didn't get the memo. We are still giving 100 hours of credit for 121, 135, 141 and 142 sim time and 25 hours sim multi credit for ATP mins if the sim ME time also falls under those regs. Are you using all full flight sim time for credit or something like a Frasca/procedures trainer? PM me if you want to keep it private.

I find it peculiar that there have been 7 new-hire resignations at Delta recently. Granted it's 7 out of the last 446 pilots but all done recently. Wonder why that would be. Anyone?

Delta may not be everyone's number one choice (gasp!). Training issues, attitudes, etc are also other possible reasons.
