Paid 3x year. ( every four months ) yes, taxed at flat rate. Roughly 25%. Everyone receives 23,000/yr bonus. New hires receive 3k bonus upon completion of training and the remaining 20k of the bonus pro-rated from hire date.

Flag of convenience is what destroyed the careers of people in the shipping industry. It allows a company to shop around the world for the best cost cutting measures available. That includes lower standards, anti trade unions, government subsidies, you name it. This has allowed NAI to charge 50% or more lower ticket prices in markets where the legacies compete. As such, the legacy carriers will be forced to drop international widebody flying, and employ strategic narrow body international where they can still drive yields.

Who is we? I don't get who you are, so you got hired between the EtD and the new DCI to Delta agreement, so you have been here about 1.5 years? And you were a hornet pilot before? And you can't get hired at a major? And your panties are all bunched up over the SSP, so you are planning on waiting to upgrade + 2 years + your turn in line to go to Delta? It doesn't add up, sorry, go ahead and fly off the handle all you want but now you are asking why "we" can't follow the NAI model?

Get the popcorn out, this one is going to be good.

In an effort to stay on topic, out of curiosity, how many 200's do we actually have in service right now?

Figure take home $ will be about 65% of the payment after federal, state, healthcare, and union dues.

So here we go again, I ask a simple question and you morons lose your minds. No wonder you've were taking it in the rear for 7 years. The we is we. The American companies. The reason I'm asking is because I don't understand, and I'm wondering how it will affect us. You can pretend to understand when you really don't, but I ask the question and I'm not afraid of what people think of that. So, for the more civilized out there, why can't we follow this model? Free enterprise and all, aren't we going against our own principles if we fight this?

Disclaimer: if you don't have something intelligent to say, shut up and move on. Sound good?

Most of us got into the industry to have a career, not promote the race to the bottom.
