There are different types of positive space travel.
As a new hire in training you have the ability to be positive spaced back and forth to home and training whenever you have 2 or more consecutive days off. They will not bump a passenger off a sold out flight for this to happen though since you are not working or heading to work another flight. You will get the seat if at the time of booking from scheduling if there is a seat available. Then they won't sell that seat.
Positive space can be a deadhead which is when you are working and getting paid to fly as a passenger. If you are going to work a flight in a downline city they will bump paying passengers off. They have these built into most trips and they pop up when things fall apart after weather and flights cancel and they need to reroute crews.
Non-revving is the company perk for pleasure travel. You are not a revenue passenger, hence "non-rev". You get a seat after all paying passengers board and if there is a seat left over on any delta carrier. Your priority is what separates each carrier. You get the highest priority on your own company aircraft and lesser priority on other Delta carriers. Endeavor has priority over every other delta connection carrier other than that carriers own aircraft.
Jumpseating is listing for the spare seat in the flight deck on any carrier that has agreements with your carrier(pretty much every airline). You only get to sit up front if there are no seats left over in the main cabin.
In any case, dress code is uniform or business casual.

Yes. It is a $20k bonus each year for 4 years. Are the recruiters saying 80k bonus without saying the time frame?

I mean, right now Endeavor needs people and is giving the bonus.
Six months from now, they may not need people and no longer offer a bonus ?
That is the angle I'm coming from.

Understood.
Haven't talked a recruiter as I'm still 300 hours from reaching minimums. To be sure we are the same page -

It's a retention bonus for everybody on property. CA and FO. As long as you're working for Endeavor in the next 3 and a half years or so you'll get a prorated amount of the bonus. So if for example you get hired next January you'd get 60k or 3 years of 20K per year bonus. The bonus is an LOA in the contract now so it would be difficult to take it away.

His last 20+ posts are all negative (probably more but I have life). People like this are either scorned by the industry or have moved on to a major but for some reason have a chip on their shoulder. Kinda like the college guy still attending high school parties.
